All collections and returns to our storage facility are by strictly by prior arrangement as our facility is NOT manned daily. Regular hours would be Monday to Friday 8AM to 2PM.
Yes, delivery costs are NOT included in our rental prices and are charged in addition plus VAT. We are happy to provide delivery quotes for your garment rails if collection is not an option for you.
We operate out of one UK depot situated in Hertfordshire, SG13 8QR, located just north of the M25, 25 miles from central London. We also offer nationwide delivery & collection services at competitive prices.

Yes, we are happy to supply our garment rails to anyone, but our minimum rental charge is £180+VAT. Payment is request in advance of delivery for private clients.
No. Approved suppliers on account are subject to 30 day payment terms supported by a FULLY APPROVED purchase order being in place prior to delivery.
We supply 6 foot and 4 foot long garment rails with base tray/top tray options + larger wheels if required. Height extension bars and covers are also available. All of our products are available to view on our website.
The main body of all of our garment rails and accessories are painted silver RAL 9007. All of our garment rails have chrome plated top bars helping maintain a good appearance.
We do specify a minimum spend of £180 + delivery and collection + VAT.
No maximum limit. We have several thousand garment rails available for rental, potentially the largest quantity available in the UK. When ordering large quantities, please provide as much notice as possible.
On most occasions we will be able to facilitate orders within 3 days of receiving your order. In some circumstances, particularly with larger orders, we may require several weeks notice to fulfill your order, so please contact us as soon as possible with any enquiries.

If you need to change, or you have decided to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. There is no charge for this as long as the order has not left our storage facility, at which point transport charges would be chargeable. If you have already received your order and signed the delivery note, and you wish to return some or all of the goods earlier than anticipated for reasons other than faulty goods, we will discuss any potential refund on a case by case basis.
We only accept payments via BACS direct to our bank account. All business except clients with accounts are required to pay for goods upfront before receipt of the goods. *Account clients will be issued with an invoice on receipt of a purchase order. Payment is then due within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
We do require 5 working days notice for the early return of any equipment. Please email or phone us any time during the rental to give the 5 days notice to arrange return/collection.
Simply contact us and we will provide you with our best extension quote or rolling rate. When your rental period is coming to an end, please contact us with the minimum 5 days notice to arrange a return/collection of the equipment to our depot.
For new business and private clients we require full payment upfront. For all other existing account clients, we accept payment within 30 days of receipt of our invoice.
We will deliver to anywhere in UK within 200 miles from SG13 8QR. We request the client arranges transportation over 200 miles. For all European orders, we request that the client arrange collection, delivery and all customs paperwork.
Yes, you can collect or return our equipment to our depot in Hertfordshire SG13 8QR only. We require 5 days prior notice of intended return date and time as our depot is not manned daily.
Our rails are constructed in mild steel to make them as robust as possible.
All of our garment rails are constructed to the highest quality and feature scratch resistant paint and chrome plated top bars. However, we request that our garment rails are not left outside in the elements as wear and tear caused by continued exposure to the weather can be chargeable at our discretion.

We do accept fair wear and tear of our Garment Rails and accessories. We will discuss any loss and damage with clients on a case for case basis and work out a reasonable solution and charge that satisfies both parties.
