All collections and returns to our storage facility are by strictly by prior arrangement as our facility is NOT manned daily. Regular hours would be Monday to Friday 9-5pm.
Yes, delivery costs are NOT included in our rental prices and are charged in addition plus VAT. We are happy to provide delivery quotes for your garment rails if collection is not an option for you.

Yes, we are happy to provide our garment rails to anyone, but our minimum rental quantity is 10x 6ft/4ft garment rails or 5x 6ft/4ft on-set rails. A fully returnable deposit will also be required.
Yes, we take a fully refundable maximum deposit of £1000 depending on the quantity of rails by BACS, which is held safely in our account. We then pay your deposit directly back to you in full upon safe return of our goods. All deposits are waived for returning business. (Film and TV sectors are not required to pay a deposit as long as a FULLY APPROVED purchase order has been provided before delivery has taken place.)
We currently supply 6 foot and 4 foot long garment rails with base tray/top tray options + larger wheels if required. Height extension bars and covers also available. All of our products are available to view on our website.
The main body of all of our garment rails and accessories are silver. All of our garment rails have chrome plated top bars helping maintain a good appearance.

We do specify a minimum spend which we can confirm based on your requirements. We do NOT rent less then 5 of our standard rails or 2 of our on-set rails, or a combination of both.
No maximum limit. We pride ourselves in having one of the largest stocks of garment rails for rental in the UK. If ordering in excess of 100 rails at one time, please provide as much notice as possible.
On most occasions we will be able to facilitate orders within 3 days of receiving your order. In some circumstances, particularly with larger orders, we may require several weeks notice to fulfill your order, so please contact us as soon as possible with any enquiries.

If you need to change, or you have decided to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. There is no charge for this as long as the order has not left our storage facility, at which point transport charges will still be applicable. If you have already received your order and signed the delivery note, and you wish to return some or all of the goods earlier than anticipated for reasons other than faulty goods, we do NOT then offer any refund I’m afraid.
We only accept payments via BACS direct to our bank account, All business (excluding film/TV industry*) are required to pay for all goods upfront before receipt of the goods. *Film/TV industry clients will be issued with an invoice on receipt of a purchase order. Payment is then due within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
We do require 7 days notice for the surrender of any equipment. Please email or phone us any time during the rental to give the 7 days notice to arrange return/collection.
Simply contact us and we will provide you with our best extension quote or rolling rate. When your rental period is coming to an end, please contact us with the minimum 7 days notice to arrange a return/collection of the equipment to our depot.
For new business and private clients we require full payment upfront. For all other existing film & TV clients, we accept payment within 30 days of receipt of our invoice. For returning custom, we can also arrange setting up a contract.

Our rails are constructed in mild steel to make them as robust as possible.
All of our garment rails are constructed to the highest quality and feature scratch resistant paint and chrome plated top bars. However, we request that our garment rails are not left outside in the elements as wear and tear caused by continued exposure to the weather can be chargeable at our discretion.

We do accept fair wear and tear of our Garment Rails and accessories. We will discuss any loss and damage with clients on a case for case basis and work out a reasonable solution and charge that satisfies both parties.
